			I had a problem with a machine on Thanksgiving day. I was praying my work clothes weren't gonna be ruined and I was in full panic mode. But I called the number listed inside the building and received re-assurance someone who co.e and assist me or my clothes would be done by attendant for pick up the next day. It worked out fine that night. I was able to rewash my clothes and was reimbursed for themoney lost in the damaged machine. I will always do my laundry here. Not only was the problem solved but with a apology, and a smile, but I was credited back money money I was put over the machine. Couldn't expect better service anywhere!  And thanks again Loads of Clothes.
